Shipping my car through Patriot Car Shipping and third party BNT Auto Transport LLC was the ABSOLUTE WORST. It was a complete nightmare. It was *supposed* to take three days and cost $675. Instead it took EIGHT days and I was out of pocket nearly $1,000 in rental car fees because it TOOK. SO. LONG. Further, the driver was at best non-responsive and at worst incredibly unpleasant. He complained about me to the company owner that, you know, I had the gall to expect him to do his job and meet his obligations. In response, the owner told me in writing that I was rude, disrespectful, and obnoxious. Clearly, a courteous business owner, for whom honesty and customer satisfaction come first. You can tell a lot about a business's priorities by what they do when something goes wrong. Their response was reprehensible.
So, that's a BIG NO from me for recommendations and/or referrals. If you value your time, your wallet, and your sanity, avoid Patriot Car Shipping and BNT Auto Transport as much as you POSSIBLY CAN.
