Do not hire these people to transport your car. The dispatchers are rude and down right horable!! They have lack of communication and don't care! They will not answer your calls if they do, they put you on hold until you hang up and if you call back, they will put you on voicemail. I'm just warning you to not trust this company to ship a car!! You will be sorry and no telling when they will deliver it! You just keep your fingers crossed and contact a lawyer!! Company is very unprofessional and rude. The driver arrived 4 hours late and didn't acknowledge or consider the customer's time. I had to call the company twice to find out if they were still coming to pick up the vehicle.I would definitely not use this company it's expensive and the service sucks!
