One of their trucks parked directly behind me while I was parked in a handicap parking space at CarMax,they were not picking up or dropping off any vehicle... there were no vehicles around me parked. Because he was so close there was no space for me to back out I thought it was very rude. When I call to let his company know his customer service rep got very upset because I was complaining, she called me back to let me know that he could park anywhere he wants to because his truck has Amber lights. Too bad his Amber lights weren't going and he was anywhere around the truck when I needed to back out because then I could have asked him to please move. This shows me that not only is their driver rude but also their customer service representatives in the office. I would never call these people to tow my vehicle it shows me what kind of service I would receive.
