CA Auto Express picked up my daughter’s car in South Florida for transport to San Diego. Extremely happy with their service and communication. I worked with CA Auto Express Inc. through Sherpa. Their pricing was very competitive and was a fair price for me to ship vice me drive my car cross-country myself. CA Auto Express was professional, timely, and communicative from start to finish. I have a lifted SUV and they responded within a day of my job bid to ask about the height to ensure they could take my vehicle. They also met me for pickup on the first day they said it would be picked up, and delivered it very quickly (Los Angeles to Washington, DC within six days). Mr. Lee was my driver. He messaged me three days before drop-off to confirm the drop-off location, messaged me when he was on his way, and arrived when he said he would. Will recommend to anyone moving.

I was notified by the broker that I used (Sherpa Auto Transport) that CA Auto Express, the company assigned to my transport "forgot to add your car into the system and the driver already left the area days ago." I had to call 4 days into my pick-up window to be notified of this. The fact that a company "forgot to add the car into the system" with 5-6 weeks worth of notification clearly shows how poorly that company is ran and the level of care they give to their customers, who are paying thousands of dollars for a service. Unfortunately, I could not even use their service in time to even see if they were worth a review, but they saved me the trouble of having to use them, which I imagine would have been a terrible experience anyway.

This company is the worst company! Customer beware going with this company they will swindle you not follow through and they have poor communication. They were supposed to transport a car for us did not communicate with us kept the car for almost a week and then told us that they weren’t able to transport it and it would possibly would be on the next transport. We then had to have it picked up by another transport company because my son needed it for school and they told us that we had to come and get it immediately or they will just leave it in a Walmart parking lot or we could pay them $100.00. After checking for another transport company several of them told us they no longer do business with them because of this being a problem and then having such bad business practices. When we talked to the person in charge about our concerns he actually hung up and did not want to listen because he didn’t like what he was hearing.

Damaged car and refused to pay for damages, very unreliable company. Jim is very untrustworthy, if you use thsi company, make sure you have good insuarnace, they damage cars and refuse to pay for repairs.

Pretty good experience. They communicated with me from the pick-up to the end. They came to my door in CA, and they had to meet me with a big rig in Boston.

I contracted CA Auto express to ship my vehicle via Eship. They were hired to ship an Audi RS7 from Los Angeles to SC on November 6th 2020. My vehicle was delivered on November 12th with heavy damage to the rear, the driver said he does not know how it happened and maybe it happened at the depot when other drivers loaded the car. He insured me that the car was covered under their million dollar policy with Lloyds Of London and I should get all necessary estimates and submit them to his dispatcher.
Within a few days I submitted all necessary paperwork and they informed me that they would get the car fixed as soon as possible. Weeks go by and I request their insurance policy from eShip. I contact the writer of the policy along with other contacts and they informed me that nothing had been submitted by CA Auto express or eShip. I submit all info including pictures and the insurance writer (CS Transportation insurance) tells me that Lloyds of london would assign a claims adjuster in 7-10 business days.
Once that time expired, I contact CS T and they tell me it’s out of their hands, I go above and beyond to contact Lloyds and they tell me that they do not carry the shipper. At that point CS T stopped communicating with me and my insurance company USAA. eShip has been no help either. At this point it has been 3 months and my car is still damaged. I have gotten the California bureau of insurance involved and they have not been able to communicate with Lloyds or CS T.
The only reason why I agreed to have my car shipped with them is because they promised me that the car would be insured by Lloyds. My vehicle is very expensive and will take a few months for the repair. I do not like nor do I respect how This situation has been handled. eship got their brokers fee and CA auto express received their pay, I did not pay for a service, I paid for a result and unfortunately the result is my car has been damaged and they have not taken steps to rectify the problem.
