Worst car transport company ever. Made every single step of this process unnecessarily difficult and stressful. Would leave negative stars if I could. - I booked them back in January for my May transport. Checked back in early-May and they had no idea what I was talking about - Did not show up to pickup my car when they were supposed to despite me telling them I was leaving the state, they suggested I leave my car in a WALMART PARKING LOT and stash the key because "it wouldn't be towed for 3 days" -Picked my car up 3 days later than they had agreed to after rescheduling not once, not twice, but three times - driver told me I was "hurting his feelings" when I told them I was not happy with the experience and that they were putting me in a horrible position as I had already left my car in NC, I was in CA and my apartment building had given me permission to leave the car one additional day past my lease - left my car in the tow yard for over 8 days and did not update me once on when I could expect my car - their driver to THREATENED TO BLOCK MY NUMBER when I asked for an update when they had my car in their possession - my car arrived to CA 14 days after the intended pickup date and I was asked if I could meet the driver elsewhere despite the agreement being that my car would be brought to my house because "it was more convenient for him" - the car was driven to my house instead of transported on a flat bed without my permission - not one person I spoke to was apologetic about the situation, they refused to reimburse me for the gas they used in driving the car from Long Beach to Inglewood, again without my permission $1400 for the experience I had is absolutely absurd. Everyone working for them is ridiculously unprofessional and don't know anything about providing good customer service. Every single person just passed the blame from one person to the next and it is clear that there is zero communication amongst them.

I had a guy named Cody I found on Facebook ship my car, he was super nice and cut straight to the chase. He gave me a guaranteed price which was cheaper than Nexus and montway by 200, he told me he just shaved off the broker fee for coming directly to him. He picked up my car and had it delivered to me in 3 days! Never seen anyone move that quick! Very positive attitude and easy to talk to! I really like this company! Have him saved in my phone for my next move! Hope he still is there for my next move!

Absolutely awful company. They refuse to communicate except by text message. They are so wildly un responsive that we (myself, my insurance company, and the police) thought my car would never arrive and that they had stolen it, so we filed a police report. It was finally delivered almost a month after it was picked up, and it has scratches all over it. They don't care about anything but money and they are deceitful scam artists

Carrier did fine getting the car to me in a timely fashion. However, you want to make sure to take a clear photo of the front and under the bumper as mine was scratched. My car was perfect with not even a rock chip on it before it was shipped. The car was put on a smaller truck and then transported to a larger truck so we weren't there to see that transfer. Once it arrived, I noticed the scrape and immediately took photos and I provided pictures showing fresh fiberglass shards from a scrape yet carrier said driver said he didn't do it and then say their ramps were a different color. Driver was also distressed and told me they all would be in deep trouble over this. Cover your butts and take really good photos. They have no intention of making any of this right so just be aware and warned.

Absolutely Horrible. if you want your car to be delivered on time, find another company! Donna has poor customer service skills. She will have your car delivered late and not take any responsibility!

Delivered our vehicle with a crack in the windshield. Did not take responsibility or help us to get the windshield fixed.

Excellent service. Delivered my daughters car from Virginia to California in three days. I will use them again. Always answered phone if they didnt they called right back.

Definitely would not recommend. My car came back with dents on the roof. And they refused to reimburse me for the repairs. Do yourself a favor and find another company!

Appreciate they picked up my car on short notice but the driver put nearly 200 miles on my car and damaged the front bumper. Donna seems nice enough, but because I wasn’t present when the vehicle was delivered and it was signed for by a friend, I have no recourse. Wouldn’t recommend and most certainly won’t ship with again.
