I used this company to haul my motorcycle. When my motorcycle arrived, the exhaust was cracked/damaged. They provide me the insurance info after several hours on the phone arguing. When I submitted the insurance claim, the insurance company denied due to Mauzer did not have the correct cargo insurance. When I called the Mauzer they simply did not answer the phone and avoid my phone calls. I would not recomment using this company!

TERRIBLE!! Out of the 5 motorcycles we have shipper with them they damaged THREE! Now they do not pickup the phone..DO NOT USE
