When I called the office and spoke to John, one of the managers, he was obnoxious and rude on the phone and actually hug up on me. He would not give me a chance to explain the damage that was done to my car after they towed it. This is the worst group of tow companies I have every dealt with. I will pursue my complaint with them in court since there is not other way of communicating with them and trying to resolve the issue.
