On time Good communication. Professional. Axually they were a day early on pick up Efficient and courteous. WaaaY.better than the first company I called ( No Show & No Communication what so ever ). Highly recommended

Horrible! I’ve had about 5-6 cars delivered to me before this last one and let me tell you this was the worst. I had the original quote from the broker that I agreed upon but Transcar Auto transport apparently has their own quotes. Not only did I pay what I agreed on but I had to pay more when they delivered the vehicle. I definitely do not recommend Transcar Auto Transport for future buyers who are looking for shipping their goods.

BEWARE! Very dishonest owner and carrier.
I had my car shipped by them across country. My car arrived with over $3,500 worth of damage to every seal and weather stripping to the entire car. It wreaked of diesel fuel smell. The driver is a sleaze bag who tried to cover up the damage. He used a screw driver to shove the rippled seals around the windshield further in so it wasnt seen. Upon looking further, window seals were actually melted down. He even had the car washed and detailed to hide it .
He has not returned phone calls. His wife Rosa has not responded to emails. Upon calling for insurance info, she says call the broker rudely and hung up.
My car with 19,000 miles has all this damage.
What kind of person hides damage and is deceitful.

This company should not be in business after my family retained them to transport a vehicle which was but with obvious body damage. I have a 10 minute video of my car that was taken before being transported. When the car was delivered it had under carriage damage to suspension and my rear bumper was damaged with spray paint to cover up the damage along with my car emblem was missing. The dispatcher was rude and disrespectful and hung up on me twice because they were disputing the damages. The driver had limited communication in English but was acting like nothing was wrong with the vehicle.
