Horrible experience with this company. My sister utilized a brokerage company to ship my mother's vehicle from Indianapolis to Miami. This company did not collect the car on the day that was anticipated, neither the transport company nor the broker provided us information on how to prepare or where to leave the car for transport. When they finally did arrive, it was chaos all around. My family received phone calls about late drivers, about moving the vehicle because of tree clearance, it was an utter disaster. When the driver came to collect the car we were notified that the vehicle wasn't packed correctly. Again, we had received no instructions, and the driver threatened to leave the boxes on the side of the road and leave the vehicle. It was absolutely horrendous service. I would absolutely advise to not utilize this company for future service.

THIS IS A TERRIBLE COMPANY. CONTRACTED TO PICK UP MY VEHICLE TO TRANSPORT TO FLORIDA. THEY CHANGED THE PICKUP TIME THREE DIFFERENT TIMES, THEN CANCELLED ON THE DAY OF PICKUP WHEN THE TIME INTERFERRED WITH MY SON'S WEDDING. LEFT ME HIGH AND DRY THE DAY BEFORE I AM TO FLY OUT OF HERE TO FLORIDA.
