Took 10 days to deliver a vehicle that was in Cincinnati going to just east of Cleveland, Ohio. It is a 4.5 hour trip that the company promised to have delivered the same day. No explanation, no apologies, and the vehicle had an additional 177 miles on it when it arrived from the verified mileage prior to shipping. Had to threaten police intervention to get any kind of answer.
