Dino was great , professional and easy going driver was on time and very understanding would definitely use absolute auto transport again car was transported from NY to new Mexico in 4 Days amazing company

VERY RELIALBE IN PAST...NOT SO MUCH IN 2018. I used Absolute Auto Transport (Surprise AZ) for 4 years to ship our 2 SUVs round trip between Boston MA and Scottsdale AZ. The first 3 years were excellent. I would have given 10 stars. The last year (2018) was a disaster and the reason for 3 stars. He was 4 or so days late for pick up in Boston and cancelled a week before our May pick up in Scottsdale. We always book about a month in advance to plan our airline reservations, allowing some grace time in the event of unforeseen delays. We also always confirm dates with carrier 2 weeks before departure. So the long delay and the cancellation created logistic problems and ended up costing us more money for car rentals and last minute scheduling with another carrier, not to mention unnecessary anxiety.. Dino, the owner, seems like a good guy, always polite and communicative. So I don't know what happened except it appeared there was a problem with "weight" and allowable time on road to comply with federal interstate regulations. I never received a clear explanation. Weight was never a problem in the past. Hopefully, whatever the issue is, it will get resolved to rebuild trust.
