Had a very poor experience with Spencer Express and driver Brad. My vehicle was damaged in transit, they admitted to the damage, then went radio silent and I had to involve their insurance to get my vehicle repaired. To this day, they owe me $2500 as their insurance provider (Progressive) told me that I have to collect their deductible from them. I'm not holding my breath...

Very Poor experience with Team Spencer/Brad McMath. My vehicle sustained damage during transport. While Brad admitted the damage occurred during transport he refused to pay for the repairs. Unfortunately the cost was below his insurance deductible so I’m out of luck. Would not recommend
