During transit, the 2024 new condition Honda sustained significant damage. Upon its arrival, we noticed several deep scratches and even missing and damaged mirror covers that clearly occurred while in their care.
When I reached out to Empire Auto Transportation Grp to report the damage, Vitaly was rude and hanged up, refused to take responsibility for the damage. Both insurance and carrier refused to cover the repair cost. I
hope to prevent others from experiencing this level of frustration.
