The driver was nice but hit my bumper loading the car and was very hesitant about fixing it or paying for it. My car is also manual and my clutch definitely smells bad after getting the car unloaded and that wasn’t mentioned to me which can cost a bunch of money to replace from the wear. All in all I would give the service a 3.5/5 because it was pretty cheap to transport our 2 cars
