My car took almost a week to reach me. it was picked up on a Thursday and wasn't delivered until the following Tuesday. The broker sent me the emails confirming the pick up and it appears that this shipper's storage lot, is rat/rodent infested. My car arrived with mouse droppings everywhere. My mechanic and I both saw this vehicle prior to pick up and there weren't any dropping or anything inside the vehicle. The car had been driven daily and weekly. I was referred to contact the shipper in regard to the condition of the vehicle and he yelled and screamed at me and then hung up on me; however, when he initially dropped of the vehicle, he told me not to contact the broker if I needed another vehicle shipped, to contact him directly; I would never use or recommend his services after this experience. I will be contacting my attorney.
