Rating is truly a ZERO!!! I hired ER Car Towing Inc., of 8940NW 153rd Terrace, Miami Lakes Florida, to transport my car from Florida to New Hampshire. ER Car Towing Inc. car pick up occurred on Saturday, February 22, 2020. Delivery was supposed to happen by Tuesday, February 25, 2020. I attempted several times to contact the company, always got “no answer” with no room on the voice mail for me to leave a message. On Tuesday evening, I was informed that the car would be arriving instead on Thursday, February 27, 2020. Thursday came no car. Thursday evening 6:18 pm, I got a call from ER Car Towing, during this call I was asked if they could drop off my car later that night at 9:30 to 10:00 pm. I said no as I wanted it to be light out to make sure that my car was clear of damages. arrangements for the car to be dropped off on Friday morning, February 28th at 7:20 am. 8:00 am came and went no car. I contacted the dispatcher she said the driver was asleep and couldn’t wake him up. Finally car arrived at 9:30 ish. When car arrived, there was immediate obvious damage. Driver refused to release car without payment of $400. My car was immediately taken to an auto body shop for an estimate of damage. In total: $3,700. Not only were there physical damages but I noticed that the odometer was 2000 miles more than what the dealership buyer-contract and title states. ER Car Towing DROVE my car from Florida to NH, the contract specifically states transport/carry. My car was driven without my consent and during that time was damaged. I have tried to hold this company responsible however, they refuse to pay the damages and deny driving my car even though there is documented proof that they did. DO NOT HIRE THIS COMPANY TO TRANSPORT YOUR CAR! I have paid $1000 out of my own pocket to fix obvious damages to my car. I filed a claim with their insurance company they are being extremely uncooperative and not taking any of calls or responding to voice messages
