I bought a Mercedes AMG GT from Louisville to have it transported to El Paso, TX. Everything was fine until I receive the vehicle 4 days late. there were multiple damages to the whole front end of my car, estimate repair cost to be around 2.4K. UT123 pretty much told me that it is my problem with the transport company. When I receive the vehicle, I saw the damages and show it to the two drivers and they try to settle it on the spot with the 800$ they charge me for shipping. I said no as I have to go through insurance because it will cost a lot more to repair. They told me to go ahead a put the claim in with their insurance company. Today, the insurance call me back and said there was no damage when they dropped off. Pretty much they lie about it to get out of liability. The only thing I want to let everyone know is to not use UT123 as they are no help if your vehicle is damaged and the company they chose, AX Auto Shipper LLC, to transport your vehicle is unethical at best. Karma will catch up to them.
