After visiting my military son for 15 months in Hawaii, I returned to the mainland. My car was shipped to the Long Beach California port. I found myself in a hard spot when the company I had made a contract with and paid for in full couldn’t find a driver. My car surpassed the free grace days allotted. I soon began to incur $15 daily storage fees on top of my paying for a daily car rental fee. I saw I was quickly losing money as my funds were tied up and no hope in sight to get my car! Not knowing what to do, I prayed asking the Lord to pls direct me and show me where to go/what to do. During my search I happened upon a YouTube video of a family being taken advantage of by another auto transport company. I saw a reply by a gentleman, John York who said he worked for Beacon Shipping Logistics and listed his work cell number talking about his disappointments in some of his fellow industry workers. He offered anyone needing assistance to call him. The most amazing thing happened!!!!!! Not only did John York take my call, but he found Ebro LLC driver Ganba with dispatchers Eric and Kevin within 2 hour’s of my car location. Ganba picked up my car, he was told of my deadline, and AMAZINGLY HE and his team dispatchers Eric and Kevin MADE IT HAPPEN! Ganba and his dispatch team were top-notch!!! He went over nicks and scratches he found when he picked it up from Matson. He put some elbow grease into it and was able to remove a huge dried adhesive plastic film from my driver window. He helped me get my car to my apartment and was so very kind and professional about it.
