make sure your broker does not outsource to this company - they are the most irresponsible company I've ever dealt with - they are non-responsive; talk in circles, making excuse-after-excuse as to why they cannot deliver; AND an expensive item that was accidentally left in my vehicle was actually STOLEN from my vehicle!!! Apparently, they claim the driver never showed up for work the day my car was to be delivered, but we were not informed of that until 2 days later; then when they claim they found another driver to deliver 4 days afterwards, the truck then had "mechanical issues" but we weren't told this until almost 2 hours after the eta!!! They are a disgrace! 1 star b/c 0 stars is not an option
