J and R was contracted by Montway Auto Transport to move our car from California to Texas. The driver, Tony, was extremely nice at pickup. Although communication was a little lacking on the delivery end, it became known to us that the truck had some serious problems upon arrival in Texas. The breakdown was just a few miles from the delivery point and even though he was dealing with that he removed the car from the truck, washed it, and delivered it. Great job in so many ways. Just needed a little more communication.
