Completely unprofessional and scared us half to death before delivering our car.
He called my husband at 5am basically cursing him out for asking the agency 1 question. We are the customer. We are paying the money and we are asking for the service. We were overcharged, car was no delivered on-time as expected, and updates were sparse. Worst customer service on the planet, and my husband did not deserve that kind of treatment. At the end, we gave the money, but we will never be using this transport service or ship-car-direct for that matter since they do not do background checks on their drivers.
