I had a great experience using this shipper. They got my car across the country in a week. They did a great job coordinating drop off and pick up. I got a call the day before and a confirmation about 30 minutes before drop off and pickup. I was a little late for the pickup and it was no problem. The car arrived in the same condition I dropped it off in. I put some stuff inside to transport it, they didn't complain, and it was all still there when the car arrived.

Do not do business with this company. The company is unethical and takes advantage of their customers. I specifically informed them I was unavailable at a specific time to receive my car. They immediately scheduled delivery for that time and extorted additional money from me to deliver the vehicle a few hours later. This company is a racket and full of thieves who will take advantage of you. You have been warned.

Terrible customer service, don't send your vehicle through this company. They will steal anything you leave inside. They are not trustworthy to transport a fish.
