I used this company several times before the pandemic without any problems. But post pandemic they got rid of all their trucks and drivers and they farm everything out to the lowest bidder. There is zero quality control, zero attention to detail, and zero customer service. They left the ignition on in my car and let the battery run down to zero. The car was left in a dirt field somewhere in Michigan and I had to send a dealer from Detroit to pick up the car and put it back in service, all with zero compensation from the transporter. As an added insult, when Consolidated sent a driver to pick up my car at the dealership in Michigan to finish the journey, the driver joyrided my car around Miami for 2 days, racked up almost 200 miles in rough driving, and damaged the car. Again...no compensation from the transport company. I filed a police report and contacted the Better Business Bureau and the Consumer Protection Agency in Ontario. in each case his response was "sue me" knowing full well that it wouldn't happen. They should not be allowed to be in business. Do not use them or their Quebec affiliate Auto Transit.
