This was the worst experience we ever had.our car was picked up on Tuesday. Aug. 7. In Delray Beach. Supposed to be delivered to Livingston NJ on Thursday Aug. 10. We called when we arrived in Nj. We were told the truck broke down and it never left Fl. After that we called and called to get information on when the car will arrive. NO COMMUNICATION. They would not answer phone calls or respond to text messages. When we finally reached Eddy he would not tell us where the car was or when it would be delivered. We finally got an approximate delivery day Sunday. Aug. 13. We waited and waited no info. Finally the driver called and said the car would be delivered in one hour. That turned into 2 1/2 hrs.
NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. If they communicated and were truthful, it would have eased the stress. Just TERRIBLE!!

he picked up the car on wednesday transporting from florida to ny. he never gave me an eta date nor time. he called me saturday stating he was an hour away and someone must be there for dropoff. i told him nobdy can be there in such short notice. he threatened to take my car to a storage yard in boston. very unprofessional and terrible customer service. he is lucky i did not meet him face to face. i garantee there would have been a fight.

Cabrera and David shipped my vehicle from fl to ma and damaged the interior of my vehicle and then also damaged my bumper. They refused to pay for the damage and then told me good luck on getting the damage covered because their insurance deductible was $2500. I confirmed with their insurance that the deductible was $2500 so do NOT ship your car with this company CABRERA AND DAVID. If you do and they damage your vehicle they will refuse to pay the damages or take responsibility and their insurance will not cover it either. BE WARE. TAKE MY ADVICE. I WOULD HAVE GIVEN 0 STARS BUT IT DOESN'T LET YOU SUBMIT A RATING UNLESS YOU PUT AT LEAST 1 STAR.
