I had a horrible experience with this company. First of all, my contract (apparently from the broker?) originally said that my car would be picked up on August 11. I got a call on august 9 saying that it either had to be that day (the 9th) or the 10th. I was annoyed that my date was being changed, but I figured that was fine. The guy I talked to said he could do the tenth but it would have to be very early. I said that could work and that I could do 630, which he said worked for him. A few hours later I got a call saying that he could actually do sometime from 8-10am, and that he’d give me a 30 minute heads up. That sounded better to me, and I set my alarm for 655 instead of 530. I woke up and saw that he texted me at 645 that he would be there in 45 minutes. I was somewhat confused because of the fact that he said yesterday that it would be 8-10, but I tried to get ready in time to be there somewhere close to that time. I was going to get there at 750, 20 minutes later than when he would be there but *10 minutes earlier* than what he said would work yesterday. He texted me asking me when I’d be there, and when I gave my answer he called me and rudely told me to find someone else. I texted him about it after, asking why it no longer worked for me to arrive earlier than the time he said would work yesterday, and he told me “don’t text me anymore.”
