If I could give them 0 stars I would. This is a disgustingly unprofessional company. Wasted 4 hours of my life getting my car ready and waiting on the driver just to be told at the last second he won’t come to my house. He asked me to meet him at a small store where the roads surrounding are actually more narrow than in my neighborhood. His supervisor even told me that my car would’ve been the cheapest on their truck and that it isn’t even worth their time. I don’t know how this company is somehow still in business with employees as rude and disrespectful as the ones they have and they obviously couldn’t care less about your time or your “cheap” vehicle.

Two days behind schedule. I was advised to leave my keys somewhere the driver could get them since my flight was the day prior to new estimated pick up. When I choose a company I informed them I was leaving the state and needed my vehicles picked up by a certain date. They had five days notice although they advertised 1-3 days. Never again! I went through uship, to Montway, and the driver is apparently through these guys. All three companies failed.
