I contracted NW Express Trucking to transport one of my vehicles from WA to TX a little over a month ago. My experience with this company has been nothing short of a nightmare. NW Express Trucking made a couple of crucial mistakes that they failed to own up to, and this has deemed this companies practices unethical and unprofessional. 1. The driver on this particular route took my vehicle, without my knowledge or consent, and drove the vehicle form Marysville, WA to Vancouver, WA (200 miles) to pick up the company truck. -Upon my contacting the driver, he acknowledged his action and verbally apologized. 2. The frontal lower fascia was damaged during the transportation. -I was contacted by the driver and asked to meet him at a convenience store parking lot. Upon arriving, the vehicle had already been offloaded with the front facing a parking lot curb concealing the lower part of the bumper. The vehicle was extremely filthy from the open truck transportation and virtually impossible to inspect. It was taken to a car wash and tucked away in the garage. Upon taking the vehicle out for the first time after that night (three weeks later), I noticed that the lower splitter had been damaged. I immediately reached out to the owner and spoke to him about the issue and was informed that there is virtually nothing that can be done for me at this point. The vehicle in question is a 2016 E63 AMG S. The essence of this review is to inform any potential clients to help them make an informed decision. If you love your vehicle or own a high end vehicle, beware! This ordeal is ending with my insurance company covering the cost of the damages. I have retained all records pertaining to this incident and have evidence for all statements made.
