Worst company ever. They promised us door-to-door delivery for two vehicles from CA to NJ. Jon the driver said he would arrive today by noon. Noon became 4:30p. Driver asked me to uber to him at a nearby street instead of dropping off the vehicles to us, claiming he didn’t want to drive down our street. Our truck was delivered the week before on a hauler no problem. He said he would cover the uber. I told him I was alone and would need to uber twice since it was two vehicles. I uber in the rain to said location. He said he will wait only 5 minutes and if I’m not there in 5 minutes, he’s leaving with the vehicles. I told him he was 4.5 hours late and if I could wait 4.5 hours, he could wait 5 minutes. I get there and he wants full payment, says he refuses to pay the $9 uber that he said he would pay. I said I would file a complaint. He said if I file a complaint, then he will not release the cars, even if I pay the $1800. I called the police and he released the vehicles. He put them on the STREET in a non-stopping zone. I told him I was not taking possession of the vehicles in an unsafe place and to move them to the parking lot 50ft adjacent. This angered him he initially refused, but I was filming, so he eventually moved them to parking lot. Avoid this company and angry little man at all costs.

The customer service was horrible. They parked around the corner from my place to begin with. Then charged me a couple hundred dollars more for “assuming” I had more than the 100 pounds. I packed just clothes and a few shoe boxes. Because my car was needing to get shipped, and I was leaving out of state, I agreed to pay. The man told me he would only accept a Zelle payment to HIS EMAIL! That was suspicious. I asked them to send an Invoice with the company letter head and add the amount to my contract and I’ll pay via credit card upon delivery. Delivery came, and the man was expecting a Zelle or cash when I told him prior I would not do that! I need a paper trail and things in writing. After 40 min of going back and forth, I was able to use my credit card to pay the fee. However, I feel like they took advantage of me because I am a female with a baby. They did not show much respect to me when I was asking questions, and they spoke in another language first to answer any questions I asked out right. Then when it was time to charge me extra, the man made several calls and was trying to get top dollar on clothes and shoes I packed in my car. The broker at first was telling me don’t give them anymore money, but they made a fuss with the broker as well. All in all, if you get this company, it’s not worth the hassle.

very bad experience never recommend this company the driver broke the antenna of my car said that it was like that before loading and did not provide me with photos, in addition they promised me the price for delivery $930 asked for $150 advance when they delivered the driver said that he would not give me the keys to the car unless I pay $1250

2 stars because of the managers extremely poor social awareness. This cockroach decided to try to blame me and tell me I am trying to get money from them. I simply asked them to upload pictures of any damage on the cars at transport, and I asked to match them with the pickup photos, thats it. I was instead greeted with attitude and nothing but unprofessionalism.

This was awful and I don’t ever intend to use this service again. 1. The carrier did not call or leave a message alerting rme of their arrival instead spamming my phone with just calls with no context. 2. I got no clear email updates in a timely manner to alert me of when I should expect my car. 3. The carrier literally parked in the middle of a busy road in a turn lane, and asked me to get my car from him. 4. He didn’t even deliver it to my address claiming there were no roads wide enough (I live on a 4 way intersection with parking lots and load unload zones around me) but then parks on a tiny road 1 mile away from my location. Overall service was pretty disappointing, communication was bad, and logic was non existent. Will not be recommending this service to anyone.

Prime Track not only delivered my car in perfect condition, they did it in record time! The pickup was originally scheduled for a Wednesday in Phoenix with delivery in Connecticut estimated the following Tuesday. the car was picked up a day early and arrived the following Saturday. The drivers on both ends were very professional and I was kept informed with updates from the dispatchers about delivery day and time. I highly recommend Prime Track.

Shipping a car is already an odd process in that it’s difficult to guarantee a date for pickup and drop off. However this company is not good at communicating and very unorganized. Will not be using again.

I had a guy that the only way I could pronounce his name is cockroach. Terrible service by him. He parked a few blocks away and expected me somehow to drive two cars there and drive to cars back to my house. The male then decided to drive the car without my permission to my house three blocks away. Unacceptable. The guy was super rude and uncaring. Also, the brand new car was covered with so many bugs. It’s ridiculous.

They damaged my car mechanically and bc the Bill of Lading was signed they will not pay for the damages. Denying they had culpability but 2 mechanics looked at the vehicle and agreed that the r/r arm was broken by the way the vehicle was strapped to the transport. I don’t believe that have insurance or else they would file a claim. DO NOT USE
