Carrier is currently 2 days late on our shipment and cannot provide a reason as to why they are delayed. This has created a bad experience for our shipping customer, who is now demanding a discount for the delays. The carrier is unresponsive and will not accept responsibility for their delay and inability to keep the contracted dates.
