Dispatched said unit can be picked up now. Never picked up, after multiple calls and emails someone responded a few days later and said the vehicle was inoperable and couldn't pick up. The next carrier had no problems. Terrible experience and shouldn't be trusted

Whatever you do, NEVER EVER book with Starway Logistics MC#804031 - they got caught driving my clients vehicle after pickup, had an accident (with a police report) and now are over a week late for delivery, refusing to respond to emails, calls and texts - after threatening to call the police and report the vehicle stolen, Starway finally delivered the vehicle. SMASHED! They had driven the vehicle a total of 31 miles and had an accident while doing so! Then hit 2 parked cars while delivering the vehicle they smashed!

Horrible, worst communication, delay pickup 2 week late delivery with 0 communication, followed by damage that was unreported by the carrier, only to find out that our client has been dealing with them and their insurance company for weeks, followed by 3 month of emails and calls back and forth. Left countless voicemails requesting to get a call back from an owner or a manager, still waiting since November. Now we were hit by lawsuit from the customer. Avoid this unprofessional and irresponsible company. I wish there was a negative stars here.

Complete lack of accountability and communication for damage claim that they did. Carrier has refused to work with an insurance carrier and provide them with required information. Empty promises to compensate a customer directly. Unprofessional or lack of claim management, 10 emails and phone calls later, still dealing with them.

2 week delay with no status update, providing bs reason that driver had covid, 0 communication. After reporting an issue asked to get back to us with resolution, heard ntn back, and not even status update on delivery.

It would be zero stars if possible! If you plan on using this company please keep searching to save yourself the unnecessary stress. My review is based off a transport from NY to CA. Initially I was told my vehicle was going to be picked up prior to the date of 1/4 but I’m understanding and understand things to happen especially after back to back holidays. My vehicle was picked up 1/4 and driver informed my vehicle with arrive either Friday or Saturday. I reached out to the company Friday regarding the whereabouts of my vehicle and was informed Saturday, when Saturday came I reached out again inquiring the whereabouts of my vehicle this time I was told Sunday or Monday and days are estimated. I didn’t hear anything on Sunday and reached out on Monday and informed them this was becoming an issue due to zero communication on their end. They stated the driver was in Arizona and due to a customer he was being held there and definitely my vehicle will arrive on Tuesday morning. I reached out Tuesday and they informed the driver needed more time and will be there between 3&5PM at this point I am frustrated. I call again they state between 5&7PM now. Due to the time difference I was unable to get in contact with no one after 7PM! After I finally got the drivers number Wednesday morning I called him asking where my vehicle was and he told me he was sleep and hung up. I texted the dispatcher and informed her where is my vehicle I will be contacting the police she sent me a number which I called and said the same thing and that dispatcher informed me that I should have received my vehicle Tuesday. I’m like where’s the vehicle because today is Wednesday and no one has contacted me still and the driver hung up! Finally the driver arrives at the P/U location. We are going back and forth about the amount which he explaining that I’m short. I counted it in front of him again and stated it’s all there just release my vehicle. He goes on his truck where my vehicle is loaded on and

While transporting my 2004 F 150 from Philly to San Diego for $1400, they damaged my passenger mirror by breaking off the side plastic piece ($100 to get a new one and another $50 to have it installed), they did not leave me a Bill of Landing or any other paperwork, they did not deliver it to my house as promised and I had to walk a mile to get to their car carrier truck, and they are not trustworthy as the driver never told me that he had damaged the side mirror in transit. I know they will not pay for the damage but I will ask anyway. For $1400, some honesty is expected...but not with this company or their driver.
