It gonna lie... the whole experience was not great... huge lack of communication. Originally I accepted the quote with a pickup within 3-5 days. I took longer with no communication and cost me storage. Even though I called and texted indicating I could pay more if it got it faster.
But nothing was worse than the drop. It was supposed to be dropped off Monday. I called Wednesday after it didn’t show up and no communication. Then they said Thursday. It never showed, no call. I had to call them. They said Friday between 8 and 10am. I texted dispatch at 10:30 after it didn’t show up for the 3 scheduled delivery in a row. He said the driver would contact me right away with an ETA. The driver didn’t call until 6:30pm after I was already home an hour away. I missed my daughters first volleyball. Worse they dropped it off at night instead of daytime so I couldn’t inspect it, and was rude as heck about getting the payment code before they could take the car off the trailer. Well I wanted to inspect the car inside in the light, but again if they dropped off at the scheduled time it wouldn’t have been an issue because it would have been daylight. I explained this to Sebastian from dispatch and he called me a fucking asshole and threatened to take it to storage and not release it. It was awful, I just wanted someone to understand the issues they were causing me, instead it was a bunch of rude excuses. “I’m only the driver”, “The driver should have called you”, “we got behind” (but they didn’t even have the courtesy to call me, I had to reach out everytime)
