I had a truck load somewhere near 30 K lbs needed to be picked up asap (like within 30 min) and when I had spoke with them they told me they'd do it in 20. As they promised they were there on time (actually 2 min earlier). and on top of that they got my truck load delivered 4 hours earlier.
