Driver came up behind me trying to illegally use the shoulder to go around. The Driver did not have enough room to go around so instead layed on his horn for the next quarter mile until we both turned onto the freeway. On the freeway the driver weaved in and out of traffic at speeds up to 80mph. The driver also got into the carpool lane during a time when a passenger is required.
I wouldn't trust this driver to transport anything safely. Unprofessional, dangerous, and rude.
