Vega Transport employ the most disrespectful drivers in the business. I dispatch them for a car from Hartford, CT to Baltimore, MD on January 11, 2021. The car was delivered on January 12, 2020. Prior to arrival I advise them to notify me at least 30mins before they arrived. They ignored that and called me when the driver was unloading. The owner or dispatcher then text me saying that they will charge me extra for not being. I rush to the delivery location and then the driver demanded money, I paid them right away and then i realize that i did not ask for the title. When i asked for the title the driver said he forgot but he will return and drop the title in an about an hour. An hour pass by i did not hear, i kept calling them and they pick up when they want to pick up. As i am writing this today on January 17, 2021 they refused to deliver my title after they collect it from compart, on top of this they refuse to answer their phone. I now have a car without a title. "DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM, YOU WILL REGRET IT"
