Global Express Transportation Inc was contracted by a broker i contacted to transport my Tesla Model X from Florida to California. Mike, I believe he's the owner, is very accommodating. He answers my text and phone call. He accommodated me when I brought my car to where he is parked in Florida so he can load it right away. I needed it to be loaded so I can get back to SF asap. During the time that it was being transported I texted and called him. He replies from time to time, which is understandable because he was driving. Our contract was from 12/28 and his ETA in SF is 1/6 or 1/7. A bit of long time and our broker told us that it will be delivered in 1/2 or 1/3. I didn't have problem with that. He arrived 1/7 and I meet him somewhere where he delivered one of the car. Car came as I delivered to him, just dirty. It was a pleasure doing business with him. Ill do it again and will contact him directly.

Horrible service. The owner sounds like a 12 year old boy over the phone and can’t get ahold of his own drivers. He promises to call back and give you updates and never does. He and his drivers don’t answer the phone. Took more than 11 days to deliver my car and countless unanswered phone calls. I had to threaten to call the police in order to get my car back from them
