I really hope my review can save another customer from this company. I booked them through Moverjet Logistics to transport my car from Ohio to New York. My driver Jay seemed friendly when he picked the car up, but everything went downhill from there. He later told me that he stopped in Rhode Island to a car auction and filled up his truck. He took my car off the truck and then drove my car more than 150 miles to the destination. I did not pay to have my car driven, putting miles and wear and tear on the vehicle. My car also smelled like smoke and the glove box had been gone through.
I reached out to Moverjet Logistics and CNC Auto Transport to attempt to resolve this. The manager Chris from CNC Auto Transport was extremely unprofessional. He was literally yelling over the phone and called me a liar about the entire situation, even though his driver had freely told me everything. While Moverjet Logistics was more professional, they still did not protect their customer in this situation and I will never use them again either. Please think twice before using either of these companies.
