Horrible. They were late, full of excuses, damaged my truck and don't want to respond

First off,. It's a scam. When you ask for bids, they will contact you and tell you to take your request down so the bids won't go up? Really gtfoh. Then I said what the hell and tried them. The first time they were supposed to pick it up, they couldn't fit my truck on the trailer because the truck before mine was bigger than they thought. Did they call me, did they warn me? No. Then they said they'd have to come back in a few days later to the person I was buying the truck from(still never called me). Then after I called them back a week later, they were going to go there the next day. So, they finally picked up. After confusing up the pickup order and saying they couldn't fit in my neighborhood. Hello mcfly, you were here last week with no problem. No, just lazy and wanted the truck bright to them. So here we go. They call me to remind me that I need to pay in cash and that they will be there between noon and three. Ok great. I go and wait. My fault for being there Early (11) just in case since they obviously can't use the phone I never know. Anyway, 330pm rolls around and nothing yet.Guess what I had to call them. The girl says that her driver is in falls church va and I am the next stop. I ask then wouldn't a call have been nice? She says we'll I had no idea he hadn't been there yet. Really? That's your job as a dispatcher. You knew where he was but no where he's been. Anyway, I told her what if I said I didn't know I had to pay? She says, that's rude and hangs up the phone.
