Absolute criminals. Took a photo of the odometer beforehand and they racked up quite a few miles on the car upon VERY late delivery. And steering was now turned in order to drive straight. So we took it in and they had caused $2k+ in damages to the steering! They ghosted saying we photoshopped the odometer and won’t respond to insurance and damages. I can’t believe NEXUS uses them. Neither of them are helpful! Both absolutely criminal.

Extremely unprofessional!!!! They changed my windshield without telling me. No paper work nothing. I happen to notice they changed it because it’s a brand new jeep and my jeep sign wasn’t on my windshield, it’s etched on.I wish I was able to post pictures because I have the proof. I called the driver and the business multiple times and no answer. I called for an update because it was late, no answer. Unprofessional to the max. It’s the principle, if something happened to my Jeep you have to let the customer know, not try to hide it. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!! Sam Kooby from American Car Transporters basically chuckled when I told him this, told me he would call but ended up giving me the numbers to call myself with no result. He stated it wasn’t “severely damaged”, had a “whatever” attitude about it. He wouldn’t feel that way if it was his car. It’s the principle of everything, I know there is a risk and that’s why it’s insured, but the driver changed it without telling me. It’s rude, unprofessional and very untrustworthy, not worth the money at all. I spent 1,450 for poor quality. If you can avoid this company please do!! I wish I could give it zero stars.

This company was supposed to transport my car, but instead on the way damaged it and then ignored my calls for three days while they tried to figure out a solution. I tracked my car from the app on my phone and called the police who then took possession of it. It wasn’t until then that the company called me!! They hid my car from me and then tried to cover it up! Then they tried to forge me signature saying it was delivered! They didn’t deliver it. They left it on the side of a road with a the entire back window missing!

If I could give zero stars I would. Big Red Auto Transport was hired by my broker to transport my vehicle from CA to FL. The vehicle was damaged during transport by Big Red Auto. The driver provided picture proof, showing the vehicle not damaged when he picked it up in CA and then damaged on the day of delivery. I took pictures at the delivery inspection of the damage. After calling Big Red Auto, specifically Ariel Rodriquez who admitted to the damage, to proceed with repairs, the company has since ghosted me. They first wanted to pick up my vehicle and take it back with them to repair rather than having it serviced locally near me. I have provided two insurance estimates and my transport broker has attempted to intervene on my behalf. Trust the online reviews about damage. If your vehicle is damaged by Big Red Auto, they will shirk responsibility.

This is the worst company I have ever done business with. They did $4,000 in damage to my Toyota Tacoma and refused to cooperate with the insurance company or with me. Their insurance company paid me Big Red's deductible, but the company refused to respond to any of my attempts to contact them.
DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS GARBAGE COMPANY. In a Google review they say that: "your satisfaction is our top priority." That is a blatant lie.

Terrible service! They were a day late picking my car up and when it was delivered it was damaged!! Passenger mirror bent and scratched. I submitted detailed estimate for repair of ~$979.00 and they told me verbally they would only pay $400 take it or leave it. They would not give me anything in writing and gave me the wrong paperwork when I picked up the car. Following up with Better Business Bureau. Woman on the phone very rude. DO NOT USE THEM!!

If there were ZERO stars I would give them. I shipped my car with them this week. Before sending it to California I had it glare polished in Florida. When it arrived in California it had scratches all over, they forged more scratches to the initial inspection and even try to intimidate me when I showed the driver what was wrong. NEVER USE THEIR SERVICES !!!! They are crooks, liars.

I had a 2017 Audi Q7 shipped by them from Florida to California. I was told 4-5 days, 2 drivers. It was actually 1 driver and took 7 days. Last day I had to wait at home for 6 hours before he showed up. Car looked ok, just very dirty with lots of dead flies on the windscreen. I took the car for a detail the same day when I noticed several damages to the engine hood. I contacted them immediately and never received a response. Stay as far away as possible from this highly unprofessional outfit! And they weren't even cheap!

The worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere in my life. Also unloaded and tried to make us receive the cars literally in the middle of a busy highway. Right next to a huge empty parking lot. Driver did not speak a single word of English so we could not even talk to him. To top it all off my car was damaged: Use ANYONE else.

I would absolutely avoid ever using this company again and I would warn other consumers to never use this company in the future. They did over $3000 of damage to my car and are refusing to pay for the damages. Their equipment is old and shotty and they are very unprofessional. Their driver actually dropped my car off the back of the truck because he forgot to install the ramps. Beyond a frustrating and disappointing experience. BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!

First of all it took them 2,5 weeks to bring my car from Florida to California, and then I receiving toll ticket, with picture of my car driving on a highway 7 days later this people took my car in their possession! I think it’s holy illegal what is going on in here.
