Worked for Reliable auto shipping for 4 months as a driver.
At the moment, the company owes me $578, which is not that much money. But they do not want to give them away in every possible way. Owner Mike Vorozhtsov, finds any excuses, just not to do it. Allegedly charges me a sum for the cars I mixed up. And the amount is constantly changing, it is $400, then $1400. And at the time of the incident, which was a month ago, the issue was not raised, and everything is decided after the fact.
Internal processes of work are not adjusted at all. Cars are supposed to be driven in trailers, but drivers are forced to drive client cars by driving them from one state to another, thus increasing the car's mileage. And all this on the transport numbers.
With those cars that get into "incidents" is a separate story. Cars are repaired, tinted if necessary at a local service and sent to the customer. Because the insurance does not apply to transport numbers.
All of the above can be confirmed by photos and tables with addresses of all Dealer spikes with which the company deals.
I do not recommend Reliable auto shipping INC and MVG Auto Shipping INC (the second company of the same owner) as a Transporter for spike dealers and their customers.

MVG delivered my car one week late from the estimated delivery date and there was damage to one of the rear view mirrors. Communication was non-existent (I had to initiate all communication). When I tried to resolve the damage issue, I was met with denials and verbal abuse. Don't use this shipper.
