Sms was sent to dispatcher of the Carrier was instructed to collect broker fee on delivery, dispatchers responded and agreed.
2 weeks later, they are playing games and refuse to send a broker fee, calling it a 'DRIVER TIP', while making up rules of dispatch.
Will never work with them again. AVOID this unethical/irresponsible/lying carrier.
