DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! Took 14 days to get my car from CA to NY. The driver delivered it at 10pm so it was difficult to inspect it, was supposed to come at 7pm. Found a scratch, dent, and small piercing on my front bumper the following day. They refused to give me back money even though I had a before and after photo of my car for proof. They said it must of happened when it was in my hands, how would this occur if it was parked in a gated driveway overnight. The main dispatcher continued to say there is no way it happened during transportation, stating his driver has 15 years of experience (what does that have to do with anything), said there is nothing he could do for me, RIDICULOUS!

Please never use this company to transport your car they are so cheap and unprofessional.i shiped my car with them and today I received a speeding ticket for my car bcz their driver was over speeding it in a school zone.now they want me to pay the ticket instead of apologizing and giving me the ticket money.their manager is so rude so kindly never ever use their service thanks be careful
