The WORST car shipping experience I have EVER had. They damaged my car, SMOKED in it, then accused me of lying about it and refused to remedy it. I asked them to please make it right and they Iaughed about it and said "go ahead and just leave a bad review". Completely unethical company that doesn't care about your car or you as a human being. If you want a damaged car that reeks like cigarettes so strong it makes you gag, and this company calling you a liar, refusing to do anything about it, and literally taunting you, then use this company and that's exactly what you'll get. Not to mention my car arrived so disgustingly filthy it was barely recognizable. It was in shockingly horrible, atrocious condition. They were brokered to me through Amerifreight by the way, so I will never use that company again. And whenever I ship my car again I will always and forever ask the broker to make sure they blacklist Gigi Line from my car and my business.

GIGI Line is now 2 weeks (and counting) LATE in delivering my car. They are a disaster of an organization. Their truck broke down and in two weeks has moved from Illinois to Kansas. The transmission is toast and hydraulics inoperable. So our car sits and sits and GIGI doest't care. NEVER USE THIS COMPANY. YOU ARE FOREWARNED!

Vehicle picked up in Palm Desert , CA on 4/14/2021 with a delivery date of 4/19 or 4/20/2021.
It is 4/22/2021 and I have not received it in River Forest, IL.
When or will I ever receive it?
