DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM —— Finally received my truck. It wasn’t a mechanical issue. These liars and thieves crushed the top of my truck and repaired using their industry connection which had no business doing auto repairs. Broken glass, metal shavings, bondo dust everywhere, completely incompetent body work, paint work, sunroof scratched at front panel, glass rolling around in sunroof vent, areas missing paint and clear coat, installation of roof trim utilized machine screws where pop rivet should be used, Ford GPS system no longer works it’s stuck in the area they crushed the roof. They lie claiming they didn’t cause damage and point to the BOL I had to sign to gain possession. I’m sorry but am I supposed to be looking for concealed damage that was only visible under extreme lighting at the detail shop? No, I looked for obvious damage which anyone would do.They lied for two months, concealed that they damaged an $80K Raptor and repaired at a shop that is a hack job and chop shop. Pure evil to ruin someone’s new car and blame delay on mechanical issue when reality is TJJ is a bunch of liars, cheats and thieves. Great news I didn’t get charged for transport but hey I had to spend $5K fixing TJJ’s ignorant driver and management team. TJJ leadership and all involved should be hailed to jail. How is it companies like this even exist, how do you clowns sleep at night knowing you screwed over a customer…. Special place somewhere for you losers.

2 hours agoNEW-Edit This company is a complete scam. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM EVER. They property of mine that they continue to lie will be delivered. 4-5 day typical transport is now well over a month. "Truck Broke Down" we are sorry etc. Effectively my property has been stolen and they will not respond and lie about everything. They are the perfect example of why everyone hates the transport business. I will be forced to report this as stolen property to multiple police agencies, FBI, USDOT any agency that I can. Their DOT number should be revoked and the owner or owners, managers should be criminally charged.

This company is a scam. Unclear if the business actually even really exists. They were supposed to pick up my car in Ohio. They never did and the job was cancelled after the pickup window passed. When you try calling the provided numbers, they answer and hang up quickly. Steer clear, this is almost certainly a fraudulent organization.

Worse company ever. DO NOT EVER USE THEM. They picked up my truck on 2/17/23 and was supposed to be delivered within 3 to 5 days it's been going on 9 days still do not have my truck. I will be contacting an attorney and reporting my truck stolen tomorrow if it is not here. They charged 1375.00 to deliver and expect you to pay. I will be contacting my attorney. I can't believe they are even in service. They are crooks.

Incredible carrier service. I showcase custom luxury cars throughout the nation and VIP service is crucial for me. My travel plans got delayed by a day for time of delivery and they were extremely kind to store it in their storage lot. I am assuming they have multiple facilities like this which is a bonus since other carriers I have worked with would just leave the cars on the street with the keys inside. Have been using their service multiple times since.

I have unfortunately used this company twice this year and both times they lied about pick ups and deliveries. When confronted about their lies, they will use profanites and hang up on you. The manager is a bad person.

Horrible carrier - committed to pick up, confirmed same morning of pick up, then disappears! Doesn't answer the phone, when they finally do they say sorry! We are busy - WTH is that how this works? I don't thinks so unless you are using this lowlife carrier. Find anybody else! Not these guys!

Although we contracted through a 3rd party, TJJ Transport handled our vehicle move from NJ to MO. Pickup was easy and the trip took less time than anticipated. The driver was communicative with delivery time and was very professional at drop-off. I was a little worried after reading the reviews on this site but I would use them again.

WORSE EXPERIENCE EVER. CAR HAS ARRIVED 10 DAYS LATE, 200 MORE MILES AFTER PICKUP, DRIVEN TO DELIVERY INSTEAD OF UNLOADED FROM TRUCK. EVERY DAY THERE WAS A NEW EXCUSE AND HAD BALLS TO LEAVE ME A NEGATIVE FEEDBACK!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!

Do not do business with this company. They were late. When my car was delivered they had damaged my car and then had painted my car. Never informed me of the accident. Dishonest company.
