I have sold many vehicles over the years. This was one of the worst companies I've ever dealt with upon pick up of a car that I sold to an individual out of Nebraska. The driver had pointed out that it had aftermarket wheels on the vehicle. I stated that within 15 minutes, I'd have it changed out to the original OEM equipment wheels he insisted to drive off as fast as possible instead of working with us to make the deal happen. One of the worst episodes that I've ever had with a driver let alone an auto transport. This is first rate company, they hauled my pickup from northern new york to southern colorado. My truck was loaded very heavy with tools. Everything arrived in good shape and in a timely manner. They were good to keep me up to date on their progress. I highly recommend these fine folks.

We just had a car picked up Hudo Dod. The driver's name was Ymeb. He was very conscientious, thorough, friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He was concerned about blocking neighbors in, did a detailed examination of the car's condition, was responsive on the phone. He was timely and picking up and dropping off when he said he would. Before he left he offered a safe drop off location that was nearby for my daughter in case they couldn't off on her street. He is the kind of employee you want working for your company.

This is a hard review for me. The price was pretty close to every other company, I don't think I over paid, but I did pay more then I wanted to. Granted I used Crystal Car Shipping who had great reviews on Google etc, and pretty sure they got me for an extra $250 I didn't want to spend, don't think that was HUDO DOD's fault. The car did show up 2 days earlier then then Crystal Car Shipping said which was very nice. The car did arrive very very dirty which is understandable traveling 2K miles. The one issue with it tho, is the car in front of my (both on the top) was backed onto the truck and tilted up over the hood of my car and leaked oil on the hood. So now I have oil mixed in with salt from left over dust/dirty from the snow. I have reached out to 3 companies to try and get this cleaned up and I have not been quoted under $600 yet for this work. It also arrived with a number of chips in the hood that was NOT on the hood when the car was at the dealership. This was confirmed by pictures the dealer sent me and by the dealer from the photos it has on files. I have reached out to Crystal Shipping to get this resolved, but no reply from them. I also reached back out to HUDO DOD but also no reply. I am still trying to get this resolved. So showing up early was nice, but when the car is damaged it doesn't even matter. I have reach out to both a few times and no reply still. I am pretty sure they are dodging me on this.

Terrible. Beware. DoNot use Said car would delivered at 10am never showed, multiple calls with varying excuses, different story every time. A day later still no call after multiple calls to original broker and company finally said car would be there in an hour. 30 minutes before arrival got a call that car was broken into and windows smashed items stolen from car. No help or compensation just demanded payment. We have shipped many cars and have never had such terrible customer dishonest service. Beware!

Worst Company EVER. DO NOT WORK WITH THEM. They will hold your vehicles for MONTHS, I really mean months, not weeks or days. And they do not care at all. I tried to give them 0 star

THIS IS THE WORST COMPANY OUT THERE ALL THEY WORRY ABOUT IS THE CASH ...THEY DAMAGED MY PORSCHE AND THEY ARE NOT PAYING DUE TO A 5000 DEDUCTABLE BE AWARE OF THIS COMPANY AND MONTWAY TRANSPORT SUBLET TO THEM.... BOTH COMPANIES SUCK. I HAVE CONTACT POLICE AND DOT NEXT PUTTING A LIEN AGAINST THERE BUSINESS

Should of read reviews before... If you value your car DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY THEY ARE THE WORST...They damaged my rim and rear bumper dent and deep scratch bill of lading show no damage no scratches and the owner Veto refuses to take responsibility at all.. Well this time he meet his match Im am not going to stop till he pays for the damage to my Porsche...This guy need to be out of business.... He thinks if he dosnt take your calls youll go away... We'll not me you will be paying for the damage ...NO NOT USE THIS COMPANY FOR ANY REASON

Used them three times now to ship my son's BMW to and from Boulder CO to Massachusetts and every time they were earlier than expected. Worst case was dust from being on the road. I appreciate them!

If you care about your car, DON'T USE HUDO! We used them to ship a car and when the car was delivered it was mysteriously leaking fluid and smoking. The transport driver admitted he had problems finding the parking break on the older model car but of course the company said they are not responsible for any damage and were unresponsive to my claim. The mechanic who checked out the car said the damage was caused by a hose being pulled apart, and the leak would immediately be noticeable if it was leaking when initially loaded onto the transport truck. Exactly what we knew - the car was fine when Hudo received it. They are dishonest and you would be better served using another company. Don't make the same mistake we did!
