First off I just want to note, I am not the type of person to write a review. So for me to write this one I am really pissed off or super happy, in this case it is the latter. I have never shipped a car across county before and was not expecting to do so in this instance. As it happen my son had accepted a position at a location in North Carolina, currently living in Southern California. The transport of his car was planned a month in advance and was set to go. He tried to contact the broker a couple days before pickup to clarify details for the move. The broker calls him back the day before the pickup and comes up with some bullshit, bottom line he wanted an additional $700.00. I told my son to call him back and tell him to shove that contract wear the sun does not shine. My son’s plans were already solid so I had to make arrangements to transport his car. I went on the web and got a dozen quotes blowing up my phone and email. I settled on broker named Angel with Will Haul It LLC. I told him I did not have time for games so do not try to play me, he said do not worry I got you, I will take care of you. It took about a week and a slight increase in price but he got me a driver. Our driver team was Arthur and Arron his assistant they drive for Freight & Auto Transport Inc. I spoke with Arthur on Friday. We setup a time for Saturday pick up, they showed up on time, I liked them when we met, we chatted for a bit, they inspected and loaded the car and were off for another pickup. Angel had given me an arrival estimate of Wednesday, I thought that was a little long, Arthur told me Tuesday maybe sooner depending on the roads/drive. He said he would give me an update on Monday. My son called me on Monday around 11:30AM pacific time and said he had just spoken with Arthur and they were 45 minutes from arrival, I was very happy. They dropped the car off in great shape, no fuss no mess. Arthur and Arron did an excellent job for us.

These guys are AWFUL! They showed up a week late and then when they finally delivered the vehicle they tried to hold the car hostage unless you pay them more than the agreed upon price. They are scammers. DO NOT USE THEM!!!!

They are scammers. they call to harass me and make up story I owe them money, and I need to send them check. I no never used them, and they are tell me if I do not pay they report me to police. I never send car anywhere, both my car and my wife cars have been ours for years. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THESE SCAMMERS!!!!!!

I would not recommend this company at all. I just watched one their drivers run a car off the road and almost cause a major accident, he was carrying a load of Tesla cars...just so we are all aware. He endangered a lot of lives.

I had my vehicle transported. They use deceptive tactics to get you to agree to whatever price they give you since they give you a low price quote when you initially call then the day before your car is scheduled for pickup, they call you again and tell you that the price is higher and they will cancel your pickup if you don't agree. To top everything off they damaged my car on the way and refused to give me insurance information since they thought they could fix it for cheap using some shotty body shop. When I refused and told them it was illegal for them to tell me where I had to go to get my repairs done, they told they just weren't going to fix it or give me insurance information. I had to do some research to find the insurance information before I was able to file a claim with their insurance. Do not use this company.
