Unprofessional, Unresponsive, and Careless - Do Not Recommend I have had an incredibly frustrating experience with State Trans LLC. After waiting for over five months for a simple request—the bill of lading—I was met with complete silence. Despite sending a polite follow-up message (even reminding them of their legal obligations), I received no response or assistance whatsoever. Additionally, they managed to break the back window of my car during the process. While I didn’t make a fuss over the damage, their lack of accountability and refusal to address my other concerns is completely unacceptable. Their unprofessionalism, lack of communication, and careless handling of the situation have caused unnecessary stress and delays. I would strongly advise against working with this company if you’re expecting any level of service or responsibility. Save yourself the trouble and go with a more reliable option.

Avoid this company at all costs. Not only are their drivers incompetent, but the owner is extremely dishonest. The driver who delivered my vehicle caused over $4000 worth of damage to it then refused to provide their insurance info. When I got it from the broker, I managed to receive a check less the deductible, which, because of the type of commercial cargo policy that it is, was supposed to be paid directly to me from the insured, which needless to say, was not and he never responded to my attempts to collect. Pay more somewhere else and receive your vehicle on-time and without damage.

Unprofessional people, No customer service. Take forever to deliver, stay away from them.

They charge for the tolls if the Vehicle is in the trailer!!!!!!!!!! My car was on the trailer and I got charged $40 for the tolls and the company/driver were not even concerned. They just say "It is not my problem, it is your problem". Please think twice before using this carrier.
