They damaged my 1992 Trans Am Convertible and attempted to deliver it without disclosing the damage. After reviewing their pick up photos then they play dumb as if they have no idea what happened. VEHICLES NOT INSURED WHILE IN THEIR CUSTODY AND CARE. They refuse to return your calls and force you to file an attorney to file suit against them.

Great customer service !
Mega Load was super accommodating and fast! I never had to check in or worry because they were so efficient with sending updates. The car was picked up when they said it would be picked up and dropped off earlier than expected! If I ever have to transport my car halfway cross country again, it will be booked with Mega Load.
