I don't normally leave bad reviews but the owner of this company appears to only respond to threats. The car made it from one location to another intact which is why I gave it four stars. The pick up was fine. The drop-off was one hour away from where I had requested. I wasn't expecting 'door to door' service, but at least drop it off in the same city as requested. They do not accept card, but this wasn't clear until the drop off. I requested a receipt or invoice from the owner three times. They only responded after the third e-mail when I said I would leave a bad review, stating my contract wasn't with them. It's true they were contracted through the company I went through (MoverJet Logistics). However, at least answer the e-mail Mitch, it shouldn't require a threat before you respond (he responded promptly when I said I'd write a poor review so obviously the issue is not that he doesn't check his e-mail). Poor customer service overall but the car did make it there without major issues.

I had my vehicle transported from Seattle,Washington to Maryland by Zen Auto Transport. Upon delivery in front of me, the driving of the transport “rig” got the lower part of my front bumper caught onto a part of his ramp with pushed my bumper in causing it to deform and rip off paint. Fast forward I spoke to Sasha (a manager at Zen Auto Transport) who proceeded to deny my allegations (even though she wasn’t even there when this occurred) and towards the end of our phone conversation she hung up and told me to “F’ off” Be careful when choosing Auto Transport Providers. Especially when you’re working with Zen Auto Transport because they will deny any liability if your car is damaged in the transport, loading, and/or unloading process.
