Delivered a tesla S, no broker free paid, avoids all calls. Will have all dealerships memorize the names of all working and numbers.. new company opening wont help. Drafting a case with my lawyers also

They picked up my customers 2019 Porsche Cayenne from NY to CA. They picked up a car on different truck took the car to Pennsylvania , then loaded it on another truck to transport it to CA. When car arrived to CA car came with broken oil pan, this car had only 30 miles on it . At delivery driver told customer , I don't know anything about it. We call dispatch they told us to pay the driver and they will file a claim with insurance company. Customer fixed the car, total cost was $2250. We contacted insurance to file a claim, there response was company denying claim because they have $2500 deductible. Contacted Zen again keep telling us that its not there fault. On top of all this they refused to pay back $150 broker fee to us. This company is very dishonest, Bad customer service, Very Rude. I would NOT recommend them at ALL. Please do your research before you hire them to move your car.

Beware of this company and their shady practices. My vehicle arrived in good condition (dirty however thats expected when coming from out of state on an open carrier) upon removal of the vehicle fron the carrier is when the issues occurred. The driver ended up scraping my vehicle very hard on the bottom of his trailer multiple times when unloading. Resulting in a gashed bushed, broken bumper shield, and cracked underbody panel.
Upon contacting the company I was yelled at by Sasha (dispatch manager) and insulted. They are denying the claim and refusing responsibility for the damages claiming that the vehicle came like that. Unfortunately for them they failed to realise that if someone is traveling from MD to Seattle they to buy a car they will inspect it from head to toe. The car was pristine with not a single scratch.
Now I am left with over $3k+ worth of damages and a horrible experience. Steer far far away from this unethical company.
