Picked up on time, delivered three days later, no damage and reasonable price. Would ship with them again.

After purchase of a Mercedes AMG GT S with 156 miles, I required transport from Florida to California. At the time, Belavia appeared to be a preferred shipper and was consequently hired for transport. Prior to vehicle loading, extensive photos and videos of the vehicle were taken to substantiate the vehicle’s pristine condition. A walk around with the transport driver further confirmed no issues or blemishes. The vehicle was delivered to a high end detail shop for clear XPEL body wrap and ceramic coating. The shop is accustomed to detailed inspection and immediately noted a scratch and adjacent dent on the front bumper assembly. This level of damage would have been clearly evident and noted at the time of shipment. However, none of the original photos indicated this. As soon as I learned of the damage, I contacted the dealer who confirmed the vehicle’s shipment condition and was requested to contact Belavia directly. Upon notifying Belavia’s owner, Max, of the damage and providing supporting photos, I eventually received one unrelated photo and a photo that appeared to have the dent in the photo I provided “photo shopped” onto a black and white photo with the shipment date. After this disturbing response, I then turned negotiation over to the dealership I purchase the vehicle from. After 6 calls to Max for additional documentation, Belavia remained unresponsive. As partial resolution, I split the repair costs with the original dealership. Bottom Line: Stay away from this claimed auto transporter if you value your vehicle!

I had them transport my Nissan GTR and they delivered it with scratches on the right rear panel and hood of the car. These were not documented on their paperwork at time of pickup. Paul, the owner, refuses to work with me on fixing the car. He also lied to me about his insurance coverage company and stating he spoke to his insurance company to make the claim which doesn't exist. Now i'm working with the shipping company brockerage to get his insurance policy number that Paul refuses to give me. His reasoning is that the car was dirty on pick up so they couldn't be held responsible and says the scratches look old...the car is a 2020...
